Trailer for Fight For Your Right Revisited. It looks much better than I’d imagined.

Booty Groove, a mashup of Professor Booty and Groove Holmes from Beastie Boys’ Check Your Head album.
This mashup is the standout track from Doublecheck Your Head. Some of the other tracks are a little over-engineered, but this one hits the mark for me.

Professor Booty by the Beastie Boys. Killer rhymes from Mike D:
You’ve got the boomin’ system but it’s blasting out doo-doo,
You think it’s chocolate milk but it’s watered down yoo-hoo
…and MCA:
So many wack M.C.s, you get the T.V. bozack,
Ain’t even gonna call out your names ‘cause you’re so wack,
But one big oaf whose faker than plastic,
A dictionary definition of the word spastic

Paul’s Boutique is easily my favourite album of the 1980s, and it’s right up there with my favourite albums of all time.
They’re selling a number of different packages, most of which include lossless downloads, but can also come with 180 gram vinyl, a t-shirt and a giant 8 foot poster.

So What’cha Want (Soul Assasin Remix) by the Beastie Boys. The Beasties meet Cypress Hill for what has to be one of the best remixes ever.

Shadrach by the Beastie Boys, one of my favourite music videos ever. Hand painted, frame-by-frame, from a video of a live performance.
By day, he works for ABC TV as a web developer. By night, he plays bass guitar in Look Who's Toxic. He also runs a little Unix Timestamp conversion site. There are plenty of other things he should be doing, but most of the time he's dreaming of what he'll do when he grows up while watching bad Star Trek spin-offs.
